B1 OBE PLUS B es un complemento alimenticio a base de plantas.

En B1 OBE PLUS B se han combinado ingredientes vegetales estandarizados con acción en el metabolismo de las grasas y azúcares, en el equilibrio de los líquidos y en el proceso de detoxificación del organismo.
- La opuntia, también denominado nopal, es un cactus con múltiples propiedades.
Por un lado sus palas son muy ricas en fibra insoluble y soluble. Combinación perfecta para ayudar a regular la absorción de grasas y azúcares de la dieta. (1) Y por otro lado, su fruto se ha utilizado en el manejo del control del peso por su capacidad de eliminación del exceso de líquido. (2) - Berberina y galega activos vegetales de gran interés por su acción reguladora del perfil glucémico. Mejora metabólica que permite mantener un adecuado peso corporal.(3,4)
- Cocolmeca: planta relevante en la cultura de América central, especialmente la mejicana. Se le atribuyen propiedades detoxificantes, facilitando los procesos de digestión y la correcta eliminación de líquidos. (5)

Mill., estandarizado al 35 % en fibra dietética); extracto seco 5:1 de galega (Galega officinalis L., parte aérea); cápsula [gelatina y colorante (carbonato de calcio)]; polvo microgranulado de nopal (Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill., fruto, estandarizado al 0,05 % en betalaínas y al 0,03% en indicaxantina); extracto seco de berberis (Berberis vulgaris L., raíz estandarizado al 97 % berberina); agente de carga (celulosa microcristalina); extracto seco 4:1 de (Smilax cordifolia Humb. & Bonpl. ex Willd, rizoma); antiaglomerante (estearato de magnesio).
Modo de empleo
Tomar dos cápsulas al día, preferiblemente con la comida. La dosis puede aumentarse a tres cápsulas diarias, según las necesidades individuales.

Mill., fruit, standardised at 0.05% in betalains and at 0.03% in indicaxanthin); dry extract of common barberry (Berberis vulgaris L., root standardised at 97% berberine); bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); dry extract of 4:1 of cocolmeca (Smilax cordifolia Humb. & Bonpl. ex Willd, rhizome); anti-agglomerating agent (magnesium stearate).
How to use
Take two capsules a day, preferably with lunch. The dose can be increased to three capsules a day, according to individual needs.
